This beautiful Unikat wall cross is made of handmade, handpainted Polish Pottery. The cross measures 7 1/2" tall X 4 1/2" wide. Polish Pottery: Beautiful, collectable, durable, usable. Made in Boleslawiec, Poland each pottery piece is hand shaped and handpainted and then fired in ovens at extremely high temperatures, making them exceedingly durable. The stoneware pieces are resistive to cracks, chips, and abrasives. They are freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe. (Do, however, avoid rapid temperature changes. Cool a hot piece slowly to avoid cracking). You will be tempted to use these pieces as strictly decor items, but don't hold back on using them for baking and serving.
