This is an art piece that shows a Cosmopolitan. It is very cute and comes framed. There are no scratches or anything wrong with it. Perfect for a bar area or college student looking to decorate their apartment, such as I did. The size is 8 1/2 by 11 inches, but framed it is a tad bigger. It is about 10 by 12 1/2, roughly. The frame is a white antique looking wood, meaning it is not pure white but rather shows the wood through a bit. Any questions, please ask. I would prefer Paypal for this item.
